Supplied primary brine preheating plate heat exchangers for the ion-exchange membrane electrolyzer of a large chlor-alkali enterprise in Shandong. Using SAMIT titanium plate heat exchangers resistant to saturated chlorine-salt corrosion; after 3 years of operation, an opening inspection showed the plates as bright as new.

Waste-Heat Recovery Retrofit for a 300 kt/a Methanol Plant
Retrofitted the syngas waste-heat recovery system of a 300 kt/a coal-to-methanol plant, replacing the original shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a SAMIT fully-welded plate heat exchanger. Annual heat recovery is equivalent to 2900 t of standard coal, with an 11-month payback period.

Single-Stage Wort Cooling Retrofit for a 150 kL/Batch Brewery in South China
Retrofitted the wort cooling system of a brewery in South China, replacing the traditional two-stage tap-water + ice-water cooling with single-stage ice-water cooling using SAMIT shallow-corrugation plate heat exchangers. Saves 40% water, 30% electricity, and 800 t of standard coal equivalent per year.

Walking-Beam Reheating Furnace Closed-Circuit Cooling at a Hot Rolling Mill in North China
Provided a closed-circuit cooling water system for a newly-built 380 t/h walking-beam reheating furnace at a hot rolling mill in North China. SAMIT fully-welded plate heat exchangers handle the heat exchange between the closed-circuit cooling water (demineralized water) and the open-circuit cooling water (industrial water), with a single-unit heat load of 12 MW; two units in parallel meet the high-temperature cooling demand of the furnace bottom water beams and skid rails.

Dairy Pasteurization PHE Supply
Supplied SAMIT sanitary-grade plate heat exchangers for a 200 t/d fresh-milk line of a well-known North China dairy. A three-stage heat-recovery design achieves a 92% heat-recovery rate, with steam consumption only 1/8 that of conventional processes.
